This recognition is an assessment of the work we do in our winery. Especially with our Signature Wine. We make this wine with 100% Tempranillo grapes from an old vineyard. Produces little
amount of grape. Ripening is slow, with a good supply of polyphenols in its skin, good acidity and a large amount of black fruit aromas. We complete these aromas with a long passage in new oak barrels that provide notes of dried fruits and soft toasts.
